I have experience cat sitting with diabetic cats. My first diabetic cat was (Earl) where I tested his blood and gave him his insulin shots twice daily when his owner was away which started doing in the fall of 2015 and have done this few times since.
I have experience with giving cats pills. I have experience with cat sitting an epileptic cat. I have experience giving puffer to cat who has breathing problems.
Sad news Earl passed away on weekend of last of the month of September 2020. It was so hard to think I will never see or care for him again. He was such a sweet cat. I will really miss dear little Earl. You will always be in my heart.RIP Earl . Love you always.
This is Toby my second client who has diabetes that I have cared for and given him his insulin shots twice daily.
I have another cat who is a female cat who has diabetes and I have taken care of her a few times and given her insulin shots twice daily.
I have a lot of repeat clients who I have cared for their cats when they are away from their home.
I am very flexible and adaptable. I have a client who is disabled and she has a cat so I clean her cat’s litter box each week. I cater my services to my client’s needs so if you are disabled and require help with your cat’s needs I can adapt my services to meet your needs.
I am always looking to educate myself to learn more about animals to service and care for them to the utmost best. As such I attended the National Animal Welfare conference in April 14,2019 in Montreal where their focus was on cats and I attended sessions and experts speaking on cats. Also I met Jackson Galaxy who is a cat expert at the conference at meet and greet.

I have taken course Feline Behaviour and Psychology with Courses for Success . I received my certificate on November 26,2020. I passed with distinction. Took Understanding Feline Anxiety and passed with distinction on February 12,2021 have my Understanding Feline Anxiety Diploma .
Also I had an experience with cat sitting in July 2016 which is a reminder that having cat visitor can be a hidden bonus of protection to your home. When I went to visit my client’s cat I entered his apartment and there was water all over the apartment floor a few inches in height and was all in his bedroom, living room and bathroom. I immediately called him and he notified his superintendent. I cleaned up the water in his apartment and then checked on it the next day. The superintendent informed us that the cause of the water was that his toilet had a crack in it and just caused water to start leaking out . If he had boarded his cat rather than have cat visits then the water would have damaged the floor of his apartment and his furniture much more because he was away for 5 days and the water would have soaked into the wooden floors and the furniture and really damage things completely for that amount of time so much so that it would not be repairable. So in effect he saved himself a lot of trouble and money by having cat visits . Something to think about.
I am very flexible and have cat sat on short notice of less a days notice.
